Our chorale is always interested in adding new voices! Auditions are held on a rolling basis. To schedule an audition, please fill out the form below, and you will be contacted to schedule a date and time.
The audition has three parts: vocalization to determine range and vocal quality, a prepared piece of the applicant’s choosing (which can be a simple hymn or folksong as well as an art song), and a short evaluation of musical skills (pitch-matching, sight-singing, etc.). Auditions typically last about ten minutes.
The Richmond Concert Chorale welcomes members without regard to age, race, sex, creed, or sexual orientation.
